Q. What materials do you use for your paintings ?
I use only top quality professional artists paints (whether oils, acrylics or pastel). I paint on archival supports - canvas boards, canvas, pastel papers, (specifically designed by the manufacturer's for the purpose), or my own primed wood panels.

Q. I have seen a painting in one of the Galleries that I want to buy, how do I go about it ?
If the painting is still for sale, it will be listed on the Paintings for Sale page. Click the ADD TO BASKET button, and you will be taken to a secure Paypal shopping page, where you may make a payment. Please ensure that you include a Delivery Address with your payment.
Q. Which forms of payment do you accept ?
UK Buyers - I accept Paypal (throught the online shopping basket), Postal Orders and Cheques.
International Buyers - I accept only Paypal.
Q. Is shopping with Paypal from this website secure ? Am I at risk ?
I hold a Paypal Verified account. You may shop using your credit card through Paypal. Paypal have checked that :-
Q. I am a UK buyer, and I want to make payment by cheque/postal order.How will I do this ?
Fill in the form on the Contact Form page, requesting that I reserve the painting for you. Please ensure that you include the Title of the painting. I will contact you with details on where to send your cheque/postal order.
Q. How long will you reserve a painting for ?
I regret I can only reserve a painting for up to 7 days after I have contacted you. The small Daily Paintings in particular, are very popular, and I often have waiting lists for certain subjects.
Framing
Q. Are the paintings framed ?
Paintings for sale on this website are NOT framed. Frames can be heavy, and may be damaged during shipping. This will increase the cost of the painting, and the shipping/postage costs - which I don't want to do. I would like to keep prices affordable.
Shipping/Postage/Packaging
Q. What are your shipping/postage costs ?
UK Buyers - The cost of postage is included in the price of the painting, unless otherwise stated.
International Buyers - please contact me for costs of shipping/postage to your location. This will vary depending on where you are, so I cannot give a standard price.
Q. When do you ship/post a painting ?
I ship/post usually within 3 days of receiving your payment. In the case of cheques/postal orders, I will ship as soon as the payment is cleared by my bank.
Q. What form of packaging do you use for shipping ?
All paintings are wrapped securely in bubble-wrap, then placed in a well-fitting cardboard box (not bendable!)
